Darth Dabs Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Tracking information is provided via email once your order is in transit. Shipping times vary by destination and selected carrier. Darth Dabs is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our possession.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the carrier's reported delivery date. Photographic documentation is required for all damage claims. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns

Returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at darthdabber@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied at our discretion, particularly for one-of-one and made-to-order pieces.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale

Custom orders, sale items, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
